1. Introduction

Welcome to Jleep (جليب الطبيعي). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jleep website and mobile apps, operated by Jleep Natural, CR No. 7040854593, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

By using our platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or offers communicated through official Jleep channels.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to create a Jleep account and place orders.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Account verification is conducted through phone number OTP.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Services & Scope

Jleep is an e-commerce platform offering home food products (e.g., fruits, vegetables, etc.) through both:

• Jleep’s own inventory, and
• Third-party vendors registered on our platform.

Jleep currently delivers to select areas in Jeddah. Availability, delivery windows, and product offerings may vary based on your location.

4. Orders, Pricing, and VAT

• All product prices shown on the platform are inclusive of 15% Saudi VAT.
• By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount including applicable delivery charges.
• Delivery fees are dynamically calculated and may be reduced or waived during promotions or limited-time offers.
• In case of pricing errors or out-of-stock items, Jleep reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order and notify the user accordingly.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

• MADA, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Cash on Delivery
• Payments are securely processed via Paytabs Payment Gateway
• You authorize Jleep to charge the selected payment method upon placing an order.

6. Delivery Policy

• Orders are delivered within the selected delivery zones in Jeddah only.
• Delivery timelines depend on availability and order time. (Delivery can take from 3 to 7 business days)
• Jleep or its delivery partners may contact you to confirm delivery details.
• It is your responsibility to be available to receive the order. Missed deliveries may result in additional fees or order cancellation.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• If you receive spoiled, damaged, or incorrect items, you must report the issue within 24 hours by contacting info@jleep.com.
• Please include order details and, if requested, photos as proof.
• Jleep will assess the case and determine the appropriate resolution: replacement, refund, or partial compensation, at its sole discretion.
• Refunds may be issued via original payment method, wallet balance, or coupon depending on the case and user preference.

8. Promotions, Discounts & Referral Programs

• Any promotions or discounts are subject to availability and specific terms.
• Referral and affiliate programs, if activated, are available to selected users and governed by separate conditions.
• Jleep reserves the right to suspend or revoke promotions if abuse or fraud is detected.

9. User Conduct & Restrictions

By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with platform functionality or security
• Submit false reviews or impersonate other users
• Resell or redistribute products unless authorized
• Violating these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

• The Jleep name, logo, content, and visuals are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform content without prior written consent from Jleep.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Jleep’s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
• We are not liable for indirect damages, delays due to force majeure (e.g., weather, road closures), or misuse of products.
• Users are responsible for verifying any allergy risks or dietary suitability of purchased items.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Jeddah unless otherwise specified.
• For unresolved issues, users may escalate via info@jleep.com or contact Ministry of Commerce consumer services.

13. Modifications to Terms

• Jleep may update these Terms at any time.
• Material changes will be announced via website, mobile app, or email.
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

• Jleep reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or commit fraud.
• You may request account closure by contacting customer support.
