Jleep Store Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Introduction:

Jleep Store welcomes you and informs you that this agreement governs your use of the platform and all legal effects resulting from such use. By using the store, you expressly agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein, and you confirm that you have full legal capacity under Sharia and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This agreement is governed by the E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126, 1440H) and its implementing regulations, as well as the Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. M/19, 1443H).

Definitions:

1- (Store): Includes all forms of the electronic store, whether a website or mobile application.
2- (Consumer): Any person who interacts with the store for the purpose of purchasing products or services.
3- (Agreement): Refers to these terms and conditions governing the relationship between the parties.

Consumer Eligibility:

The consumer declares that they have full legal capacity and are at least 18 years old. They bear all legal consequences arising from any violation of this requirement.

Use of the Platform:

The consumer agrees to use the platform in compliance with public morals and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and not to use the store's services or products for any unlawful purposes.

Accounts and Membership:

When creating an account, the consumer must provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep login credentials confidential. The store reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.

Privacy Policy

The Store respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Royal Decree No. M/19, 1443H) and applicable regulations.

The Store may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

a. Account & Identity Information

• Phone number

• Login credentials

b. Transaction & Payment Information

• Order details

• Payment method details

• Billing and invoice information

Payment data is processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways and is not stored on our servers unless legally required.

• Precise location (GPS-based), when explicitly permitted by the user

2. How We Use Location Data

Payment and Invoicing:

Payments are processed through the store's approved payment methods, and an electronic invoice is issued upon completion of each purchase.

Return and Refund Policy:

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract and return products within 7 days from the date of receipt, except for items excluded by law (such as perishable goods or custom-made items).

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights related to the store, including logos, designs, content, and software, are owned by the store and may not be used without prior written permission.

Liability and Limitations:

The store undertakes to provide its services in compliance with applicable regulations but shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, except to the extent required by law.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall attempt to resolve it amicably. Failing that, the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have jurisdiction.

Account Termination:

Consumers may delete their accounts by following the steps available within the application. Deletion is permanent, and all related data will be irreversibly removed.

General Provisions:

1- Arabic is the official language for interpreting these terms.
2- The store reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time in accordance with applicable laws.
3- Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or terminated without prior notice.
